What we collect

Nothing, unless you send it. Reading these pages collects nothing about you. There is no account to make, no newsletter to join and nothing to buy.

If you use the estimate form, you choose what goes in it. The fields are:

• Your name, phone number and email address.
• Your town or city, and which state you are in.
• What kind of building it is — house, church, commercial.
• What is going on with the wall: the boxes you tick, and whatever you write in your own words.
• Any photos you attach.
• How you would rather be contacted, and whether you ticked the box saying it is alright to text you.

That is the whole list. We do not ask for a street address, a date of birth, a Social Security number or anything financial, and there is nowhere on this site to give us any of it.

If you call or email instead, we have whatever you choose to tell us in that call or that email. The rest of this page applies to that the same way.

Why we collect it

To answer you about your project. The photos and your description tell us what system you have and what is likely causing the problem. Your phone and your email are how we get back to you. Your town and state tell us how far away the wall is. That is the entire purpose of it.

Where it goes

The form gathers everything into one email and sends it to Hubert Thomas, who owns the business. He is the person who reads it. There is no call center and no sales team sitting behind this website.

Two outside services can handle the message on its way to him:

• An email delivery service carries the message and the photos from this website to his inbox.
• A text‑messaging service, where that alert is switched on, sends a short note to his phone so he knows a request has come in. That alert carries your name, your number, your town and what you picked from the list — not your photos and not what you wrote.

Both of them handle the message in transit and nothing else. Neither is given your information to use for its own purposes.

The site itself is a set of plain pages hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, it has to handle the ordinary connection information your browser sends in order to send the page back to you.

Photos of your property

Photos you send are used to work out what is wrong and to answer you. Sending a photo is not permission to publish it. If we ever want to put a picture of your building on this website, we will ask you first — that is written into our Terms of Use as well.

What we do not do with it

We do not sell it. We do not rent it. We do not trade it, and we do not pass it to anyone for marketing — not to a lead broker, not to an advertiser, not to another contractor. If somebody offers to buy it, the answer is no.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no advertising cookies and no tracking cookies. There is no analytics package on it, no advertising pixel, no session recorder and no third‑party script logging what you look at. Nothing on these pages follows you to another website.

Asking us to delete what you sent

Call (256) 293-0418 or email [email protected] and say you want your inquiry removed. We will delete the message and the photos that came with it. Ask the same way if you want a copy of what you sent, or if something in it needs correcting.

We are not going to dress this up as something it is not. An inquiry sits in an email inbox and on a phone. There is no database behind this site and no filing system with a schedule attached to it. What we can tell you plainly is that if you ask us to remove yours, we will.

Children

This site is about stucco and plaster on buildings. It is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 13. If a child has sent something through the form, call or email and we will delete it.

Changes to this page

If any of this changes, we will change this page and the date on it. The date at the top is always the date of the version you are reading.
