SMS Terms
We text you only if you have asked us to. It is a conversation about your wall — not a list, not a campaign, and not something anyone else can sign you up for. Reply STOP at any point and the texting stops.

When we would text you
Two ways, and you start both of them:
- You ticked the box on the estimate form that says we can text you at that number.
- You texted us first at (256) 293-0418.
If neither of those happened, we do not text you. Nobody else can add your number for you, and we do not buy, rent or import numbers from anywhere.
What the texts are about
Your project, and nothing else:
- An answer about the wall you sent a photo of.
- A question we need answered before we can work out what the job is.
- Arranging a time to come and look at it.
- Letting you know we are on the way, or running behind.
What the texts are never about
Offers, promotions, seasonal specials, discounts, reminders to book, or anything sent out to a group of people at once. This is not a marketing program and there is no list to be on. If it does not concern the wall you contacted us about, it is not coming from us.
How often
As often as a conversation needs, which is not a number we can put on a page. Working out a time to meet might take several messages in an hour. Most of the time it is a few messages and then nothing at all. There is no schedule and no set count — it starts when you ask a question and stops when the question is answered.
Stopping the texts
Reply STOP to any message and the texting stops. You can also just say so on the phone or in an email — you do not have to use the word.
Stopping the texts does not mean we stop answering you. If you still want an answer about your wall, we will call or email instead.
Getting help
Reply HELP to any message and you will get a reply telling you who we are and how to reach us. Or call (256) 293-0418 and talk to somebody, which is usually faster.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. That part is between you and your mobile carrier — text messages are not free on every plan, and we have no say in what yours charges you.
Messages that do not arrive
Carriers do not guarantee that a text arrives, or that it arrives on time. Neither we nor the mobile carriers are liable for messages that are delayed, blocked or never delivered. If something is time‑sensitive, call rather than text.
Your phone number
Your number is used to reach you about your project. It is not sold, rented or shared for marketing. What happens to it, and to everything else you send us, is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Changes
If any of this changes, we will change this page and the date on it.
Questions about any of this
Call (256) 293-0418 or email [email protected]. If you would rather we never text you at all, say so and we will call instead.
