You do not need to know what is wrong with it, or what it is called. A photo of the wall answers most of it — what system you have, what is likely causing the problem, and what the repair actually involves. Fill this in, or if you would rather just talk, call.

What’s going on?

Pick anything that sounds like your wall — more than one is fine. “Not sure” is a perfectly good answer; working that part out is our job.

Tell us about it

Three things help more than anything else: how long it has been doing this, whether it shows up or gets worse after rain, and roughly how much wall we are talking about. Plain words are fine.

Photos and how to reach you

Two shots tell us almost everything: one from far enough back to show the whole wall, and one up close on the problem. Send up to 8. Straight off your phone is fine — nothing fancy needed.

What happens next: this goes straight to Hubert. The message, the photos and your number land on his phone and in his email, and he is the one who reads them — there is no office in between. He will come back to you about what you have got.

What you send is used to answer you about your project and nothing else. It is not sold, traded or handed to anyone else. How we handle your details.

Would rather talk it through?

Plenty of people would, and that is fine. Call and describe the wall, or send the photos across by email — it gets to the same place either way.
